All goods sold by WILDSTONE.PK are non-refundable.
Changes and exchanges are available only within 24 hours of delivery. In case of extra damage or defects, the product may be replaced, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unopened, with original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of replacement.
Please record an unboxing video upon delivery. This is required as proof in case the product is damaged.
To complete your change or replacement, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Products cannot be exchanged or replaced due to a “change of mind.”
